About me
Following graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology in 1965, Tim Chapman attended the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine. After earning his medical degree 4 years later, he joined the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, first as an intern, and later as a resident within the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Eventually rising to the position of chief resident, he then left St. Joseph’s in 1973 to serve as a Medical Advisor to the U.S. Army Medical Corps at the Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, Kentucky. In 1978, he moved back to California to start his own OB/GYN practice. For the next 19 years, Tim Chapman attended over 10,400 deliveries and performed 2,300 OB/GYN procedures. He retired as a physician in 1997 and began serving as a medical consultant for a variety of different companies. His work included the formulation of several anti-aging therapies for the Newport Wellness Center; the creation of skin, nail, and hair growth products such as the Comandari DHT Blocker for Comandari, Inc.; and the development of the needle-free, J-tip syringe for National Medical Products, Inc. In addition to this, Tim Chapman acted as Co-director in the development of Ecto-Caine, a topical, over-the-counter anesthetic, for Pentech Medical, Inc., and formulated a line of healthcare products designed specifically for African American physiology. Furthermore, Tim Chapman served as Director of Product Development and Education for Looks By Lucy in Palm Desert, California; Medical Director for NationsRx, LLC in Springfield, Missouri; and Director of Medical Marketing for Beyond Skin Science in Southern California. Currently, Tim Chapman works as an Instructor and Researcher for BGP, LLC in Santa Monica, California. In this capacity, he both studies and promotes the company’s flagship product, Biocence, an all-botanical antiseptic that utilizes the organic oils of thyme, wintergreen, tea tree, eucalyptus, and other plants to destroy over 800 different kinds of pathogens and improve cellular restoration. Concurrently, Tim Chapman also works as a lecturer and public speaker, often appearing on radio and television to discuss nutritional recovery and healthy aging. His written works on these subjects appear in various professional publications, including Oxygen, Healthy Aging, and the Real-World Sports Supplement Review.
