About me
After serving with distinction as a pilot in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, Max F. James embarked on a dynamic career in business and real estate. With a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, James served as an international investment analyst before transitioning into the real estate industry. Encountering significant success as a real estate executive and developer, he went on to lead a 1,000-acre development project as Chairman of the Board of the Salt Lake International Center. Max James also performed as President of Miller Properties, a property management, sales, and investment company. Following his accomplishments in the real estate sector, Max F. James made his entrance into the hospitality industry as Executive Vice-President of Days Inns of America, Inc. During his tenure with Days Inns, James was a partner in and held responsibility for the construction and operation of 18 hotels in the western region of the United States. His in-depth experience and strong track record of success attracted the notice of the California Governor and led to his appointment to the California Tourism Board of Directors. James also served as a member of the California Hotel Association Board of Directors. After a return to the real estate business, a period during which he owned and operated seven real estate RE/MAX territories in Northern California, Max F. James transferred his expertise to the nutrition and natural supplement industry. During this time, he also acted as the Chairman of the American Business Association. At present, Max F. James serves as Chief Executive Officer and owner of Northern American Kiosk, LLC and American Kiosk Management, LLC. Under James’ expert guidance, North American Kiosk, LLC and American Kiosk Management, LLC operate more than 700 kiosks in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and collectively bring in nearly $200 million in gross sales. In addition to his long history of lucrative business ventures, Max James has demonstrated a passionate and lifelong commitment to philanthropic work. A generous supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of America, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Steve Young Forever Young Foundation, among many others, James also founded Camp Soaring Eagle, an organization dedicated to providing a fun and medically safe camp environment for children living with serious and fatal diseases. <br/><br/>
