As a Human Resources/Business Manager, Marcia Turnoy shows a deep interest in and concern for her staff. While at University, Marcia Turnoy developed the skills to analyze, comprehend, and address a number of dysfunctional behaviors that plague businesses and similar organizations. Marcia Turnoy also gained the insight to predict future organizational problems and the knowledge to rectify these issues before they become apparent. <br/><br/>Marcia has served as the Business Manager for the non-profit YWCA of the Chicago metropolitan area. In this role she oversaw the design and implementation of various office policies and technological upgrades. Marcia not only supervised and managed support personnel, but also took an active role in staffing open positions. <br/><br/>After her tenure with the YWCA, Ms. Turnoy joined the financial services sector. Marcia Turnoy continues to achieve great successes as a Human Resources/Business Manager. For instance, at First Switzerland, Marcia Turnoy was able to design and implement a benefits package that increased offerings to employees while reducing employer costs by two-thirds. <br/><br/>Drawing on her training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Marcia Turnoy has proven the importance of understanding people to better understand business.
