Marcia Hatch began her legal career at the firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, NY, following her graduation from the University of Michigan Law School. In 2008, she joined Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP as a partner in their Corporate Group. Gunderson Dettmer specializes in private and growth company representation, M&A, venture capital fund formation and investment representation, intellectual property, and tax law. Ms. Hatch provides her services to some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative new companies. Marcia Hatch is one of the top young partners in Gunderson Dettmer’s Corporate Group. During her time with Gunderson Dettmer, Marcia Hatch has developed a thriving practice representing clean technology companies. She recently negotiated the USD $115 million dollar equity financing of a privately held solar thermal company. Marcia Hatch has also served as investor counsel on investments into a thin-film solar company investment, a geothermal lithium mining investment, and a renewable cement company investment. Ms. Hatch is an emerging expert on clean tech law and funding, and has served as a moderator for several clean tech panels. Marcia Hatch believes in sharing her expertise with those in need and provides pro bono legal support to her favorite charity, Child Family Health International. <br/>
