Marcella Dresdale

An alumna of Trinity College in Washington D.C. with a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Law, Marcella Beth Dresdale draws on her experience in the fields of law and fashion. After completing an internship with the honorable Superior Court Judge Paul F. McArdle, Ms. Dresdale joined Elizabeth Arden in New York as a buyer. After two years, Marcella Beth Dresdale became a buyer for Macy’s, also located in New York. Marcella Beth Dresdale most recently functioned in the apparel business as a consultant at American Merchandising Corporation’s Intimate Apparel Division, where she oversaw international and domestic merchandise development. After leaving the fashion business, Marcella Beth Dresdale chose to devote herself to volunteer work in her hometown of Bronxville, New York. Marcella Beth Dresdale held membership on the boards of the Bronxville School Foundation, the Reformed Church Nursery School, and on the Alumnae Board of her alma mater, the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich, Connecticut. Ms. Dredale also served on the board of the Maxwell Institute in Tuckahoe New York, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center that offers services to patients of all ages, where she was served as an honoree and former board member. She currently donates her time to Meals on Wheels and remains closely involved with the Junior League of Bronxville. In addition to her extensive volunteer work, Marcella Beth Dresdale provides financial support to the Carver Center, UNICEF, Graham Windham, the Animal Medical Center, and the Watch Hill Memorial Library and Improvement Society.
