Jason Colodne is formerly the President of Patriarch Partners, LLC, based out of New York City, New York. As the President of the USD $6B private equity and investment firm, Jason Colodne supervised the development of financial solutions that successfully leveraged Patriarch’s ownership positions in 70 companies. He also developed strategic solutions for companies undergoing periods of pervasive change, distress, balance sheet reorganization, or transformation. Previously, Jason Colodne was the Managing Director of Strategic Finance/Leverage Finance at Morgan Stanley in New York City. During his time with Morgan Stanley, Jason Colodne closed over 25 transactions with a final volume in excess of USD $10B, while managing a team of 15 investing and underwriting professionals. As a leader, Mr. Colodne was able to effectively oversee his team’s management of proprietary investments in originated and underwritten structured loans. Jason Colodne built business at Morgan Stanley, developing a successful deal flow network that integrated deal origination, structuring, pricing and underwriting investment into a portfolio management framework. In time Jason Colodne’s work with Morgan Stanley provided favorable negotiating terms and conditions, as well as increased loan documentation, legal and financial diligence and portfolio management. Jason Colodne is a committed philanthropist that gives to many worth causes, including the Mount Sinai Children’s Center Foundation and the American Cancer Society. Additionally, Jason Colodne is a member of the Committee for the Children's Tumor Foundation, involved with organization to fund, raise and increase awareness for the medical condition.
