Determined to compete and thrive, Jan Luistermans graduated in just three years with a Bachelor of Arts and started work as an Analyst. Following graduation, Jan Luistermans went to work for Pullman Kellogg in the capacity of a Contract Analyst. This role required Luistermans to determine and analyze the financial operations model for the company. Jan Luistermans branched out into performing property evaluations for Pullman Kellogg, which took its operations global by building petrochemical plants around the world. After gaining that invaluable experience, Luistermans began working as a Production Analyst for 3M. His role at the manufacturing plant was to streamline all operations and eliminate waste. Transitioning into the field of real estate brokerage was a logical step for Jan Luistermans who accepted a position as a Manager for Realty1. In this leadership role, Luistermans oversees most of the business operations, including property inspections and valuations. A thorough understanding of market trends, property values, and development costs have enabled Jan Luistermans to become successful in his field. In addition to the financial assistance he has helped people secure for over thirty years, Jan Luistermans has also worked with a number of community charities.
