Dr. William S. Belfar<br/><br/>Dr. William S. Belfar, MD was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1963. Doctor Belfar also studied electrical engineering at SUNY at Stony Brook where he graduated in May of 1986. Dr William S. Belfar attended medical school at New York University School of Medicine and received his MD in May 1990. Dr. William Belfar accomplished a Neurology Residency at Boston University Medical Center in June of 1994 and completed his Psychiatry Residency at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center in June of 1997.<br/><br/>Dr Belfar, MD completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in June of 1998 and has been practicing as a board certified psychiatrist ever since.
