Following his departure, Derek DeHoog formed Financial Risk Mitigation, Inc. with several veterans from NCO Financial Systems. Following the collapse of Enron, WorldCom, and Tyco International, legislative changes required greater accountability and more rigorous vetting for executive managers and corporate board members of publicly traded companies. <br/><br/>Working with a broad group of businesses, Derek DeHoog provides analytical resources for investors, financiers, and senior managers who must make challenging business decisions in a new era of accountability.
