Derek DeHoog

An experienced marketing consultant, Derek DeHoog was employed with NCO Financial Systems, Inc. Following his departure, Derek DeHoog formed Financial Risk Mitigation, Inc. with several veterans from NCO Financial Systems. Currently, Derek DeHoog serves as Vice President and Managing Director at Financial Risk Mitigation, where is one of four officers of the corporation. Following the collapse of Enron, WorldCom, and Tyco International, legislative changes required greater accountability and more rigorous vetting for executive managers and corporate board members of publicly traded companies. <br/><br/>Working with a broad group of businesses, Derek DeHoog provides analytical resources for investors, financiers, and senior managers who must make challenging business decisions in a new era of accountability. Derek DeHoog directs the creation of incisive, narrative documents that use the latest methods of information gathering. Used by clients to determine the course of investment, hiring, and business relationships, the data gathered by Derek DeHoog and his associates is adapted to meet the demands of a variety of customers. <br/><br/>Working with private equity groups, investment bankers, institutional investors, pension fund managers, and commercial real estate lenders, and public companies, Derek DeHoog employs standardized review processes administered within a short time frame.
