David Oliverio

An experienced professional in the mortgage banking industry, David Oliverio previously served as the President and Managing Partner at 1st American Mortgage Inc. in Fairfax, Virginia. Highly involved in the company’s development, David Oliverio successfully constructed a very profitable business plan. During its first year, 1st American Mortgage Inc. achieved $640 million in closed loan volume. The company continued to maintain strong ambitions for production growth. David Oliverio subsequently joined Fort Worth Mortgage, where he assumed the position of Assistant Vice President. Active in his community, he previously served as a member of Disabled Veterans Committee on Housing.
