Dale Parker

After an impressive executive career spanning more than two decades, Dale Parker recently joined Neenah Foundry, one of the country’s largest independent foundries, as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Thus far, Dale Parker has been instrumental in successfully leading Neenah Foundry out of bankruptcy and reducing its debt by $250 million in less than 6 months, while also creating a workable plan for profitability in the future. Dale Parker received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and his Master of Business Administration from Xavier University, graduating in 1979. He joined the workforce during both his undergraduate and graduate studies, working steadily so that he could fund his tuition and expenses. In 1975, Dale Parker was hired by Black Clawson Co., a manufacturing company specializing in paper, plastic, and heavy machinery, where he distinguished himself as VP of Finance, CFO, and COO after serving in various other executive positions. After 25 years of dedicated service, Dale Parker left Black Clawson Co. to join Appleton Papers, Inc., a specialty paper producer. As VP and CFO, Dale Parker successfully navigated Appleton through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan process. He was also instrumental in tripling Appleton's stock price within three years. In 2006, Dale Parker was hired as CFO of Vitex Packaging Group, which manufactures packaging for tea and coffee companies, as well as inserts, brochures, and magazines. A year later, Dale Parker was recruited to be Chief Financial Officer for Forest Resources, LLC. Dale Parker’s career next led him to the positions of VP of Finance and CFO at PaperWorks Industries. In these roles, Dale Parker worked with the CEO to create long-term financial plans and subsequently doubled the size of the company.
