Wayne Stoltenberg currently serves as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cinco Resources, a Dallas, Texas-based oil and natural gas exploration and extraction company. Prior to joining the firm in October 2008, Wayne Stoltenberg worked as an investment banker for 15 years. In his current role, Wayne Stoltenberg has ushered the company through nearly three years of expansion, including a substantial master services agreement with Cima Resources. Wayne Stoltenberg attended Columbia University in New York City, where he received a B.A. in Literature and Economics in 1990. After completing his undergraduate work, Wayne Stoltenberg enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics in 1995. Wayne Stoltenberg spent 12 years as an employee of Bear Stearns during which time he was promoted from Associate to Senior Managing Director. At Bear Stearns, Wayne Stoltenberg focused primarily on the upstream oil and gas, as well as coal mining sectors. This experience in the energy industry prepared him for his current position with Cinco Resources. Cinco Resources was founded in 2002 by a seasoned team of industry professionals. The firm specializes in the exploration and extraction of natural gas in South Texas and the Arkoma Basin. In the years since Wayne Stoltenberg joined the company, it has greatly expanded, and as of December 2009 held approximately 150,000 net acres of land under lease. Under Wayne Stoltenberg's financial guidance, Cinco Resources maintains a conservative capital structure and strives to increase value for its shareholders. The company’s team focuses on growing proved reserves and increasing production through the drill bit.<br/>
