Surprise Development Inc. is led by an accomplished team, including Suneet Singal, that maintains new project and partner acquisition, manages land acquisition and entitlements, and handles repositioning and restructuring. Suneet Singal brings close to a decade of experience in commercial property financing to Surprise Development Inc., a 5-year-old company with a portfolio that includes multifamily projects, assisted living projects, and commercial retail projects. A licensed California real estate broker, Suneet Singal has spearheaded acquisition and financing for numerous properties over the years, including two mini-storage facilities in Central California that Surprise Development Inc. brought from an unremunerative state to a profitable one. In addition, Suneet Singal oversaw a foreign resort development project in Central America. Suneet Singal is an active member of several well-known commercial real estate groups, as well as a Partner with Strategic Development Holding Company, a project management firm in Sacramento. An investor in both properties and businesses, Suneet Singal acts as a principal in a restaurant and nightclub in Sacramento. In addition, Suneet Singal owns a mixed martial arts product and apparel distributor and a clothing design group. Suneet Singal enjoys attending art and live music events, traveling, and caring for his two American Bulldogs.
