Over the next few years, Pete Kovac plans to transform the ranch into an exclusive executive retreat where professionals from around the country can gather to relax and focus their ideas.<br/><br/>Pete Kovac is a respected expert in the marketing and advertising industry who is frequently invited to colleges, universities, and professional organizations around the Midwest to give guest lectures.
