Matias Bullrich is an investor in South American real estate development. Mr. Bullrich is originally from Argentina, and it is an Argentine coastal town called Carilo that he invests in most heavily. Matias Bullrich invests through the real estate developer SAMBA Development Group. The firm, which is based in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires, currently has several projects under development that are generating considerable excitement. Matias Bullrich’s investments in Carilo include two of these projects, the upscale condominium developments Seabreeze and Seapoint. Seabreeze, which should be completed in November 2009, includes hotel-like features, such as an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a full service gym, a first-class sauna, and much more.
