Managing Member Martin Milita brings considerable experience in Federal and state law to his work at Holman Public Affairs, LLC, a lobbying firm based in Trenton, New Jersey. Martin Milita has over 20 years of experience in law and advises private and public organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, on lobbying strategy. Prior to joining Holman Public Affairs, Martin Milita served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fiore Group Companies, Inc. Martin Milita was recruited for the position because of his expertise in administrative regulations and legislation. Fiore Group Companies had had its operating privileges revoked due to a violation of New Jersey regulations. Martin Milita represented Fiore Group Companies in the Superior Court and Appellate Division of New Jersey, resolving litigation, obtaining licenses, and avoiding fines. From 1990 to 1997, Martin Milita was a member of the prestigious law firms, Sills Cummis, et. al. & Riker Danzig, et. al. Martin Milita specialized in administrative and environmental law, government affairs, and corporate development, garnering experience that would prove useful in his later positions at Fiore Group Companies and Holman Public Affairs. Interested in public law and working in government, Martin Milita served as New Jersey State Chief Deputy Attorney General from 1981 to 1990, handling fraud and solid waste violation cases for the state and imposing fines and penalties. In addition, Martin Milita drafted state legislative proposals that assisted in reducing fraud within the Medicaid system. Martin Milita has held a variety of special assignments, including Special Investigative Attorney for GPU Nuclear in 1984 and an Adjunct Business Law Professorship in 2002. Martin Milita is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Solid Waste Utilities Lawyers Association.
