Mariano Demarin is the former President of Mount Olympus Mortgage Company, a residential mortgage lender based out of Miramar, Florida. At present, Mariano Demarin is the President of Colony Title and Escrow, Inc. Mariano Demarin promotes Colony Title and Escrow, Inc.’s property reporting, title services, and title insurance programs via outstanding customer service, inspiring leadership, and professional staffing. In addition, Demarin's property reports supply standard information on legal descriptions, liens, current ownership, and tax data. As for title services, Mariano Demarin guarantees complete title examinations that are fast, accurate, and subject to quality control review. Title Insurance is one of Colony Title and Escrow, Inc.’s specialties, providing clients with comprehensive protection on loans. Colony Title and Escrow, Inc. provides title insurance endorsements, as well. Mariano Demarin’s trained staff is always ready to evaluate loan documents before they are recorded. In his time away from the office, Mariano Demarin enjoys reading biographies. Mr. Demarin is a committed family man and acts as coach for his children’s sporting teams.
