Loan Officer James V. Eulo has served with US Mortgage Bankers, Inc. since June 2006, becoming a highly valued and integral member of the executive team. Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, James V. Eulo specializes in residential and construction lending, purchasing, and refinancing. Known for his commitment to clients throughout the entire loan process, James V. Eulo earned the Loan Officer of the Year award in 2007. James V. Eulo also demonstrated his value to the firm by originating $50 million in new loans and earning the biggest single commission in the company's history. James V. Eulo began cultivating experience in leadership, team motivation, and long-term dedication as a student at Cherokee High School in Marlton, New Jersey, where he acted as the captain of the 1993 Group 4 State Champion Football Team. James V. Eulo's talent and commitment led him to Towson University in Towson, Maryland, where he played on the school's football team for three years. In addition to sports, James V. Eulo stood out as a student, as well, earning a Bachelor of Science in English Literature. Today, James V. Eulo continues to embrace literature, listing Sylvia Plath, William Butler Yeats, Dylan Thomas, and Sun Tzu as among his favorite authors. In his free time, James V. Eulo also enjoys weight lifting, fishing, participating in water sports, and kiteboarding.
