Since 2008, Glenn Erikson has served as the Managing Director of Pinnacle Consulting Group, a Tampa, Florida-based management consultancy. Through his company, Glenn Erikson focuses on helping companies in a wide range of industries develop strong corporate compliance programs and improve sales operations. An intelligent leader, Glenn Erikson also advises clients on issues of ethical business conduct and proper customer support procedures. A number of companies have turned to Glenn Erikson for consulting, including firms specializing in direct marketing, telemarketing, Internet marketing, e-commerce, and mobile and interactive marketing. In addition to being a management consultant, Glenn Erikson is a former Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve. A member of the reserve from 1995 to 2005, Glenn Erikson distinguished himself frequently through his hard work and leadership. Besides being named to the U.S. Army Reserve Honor Guard, Glenn Erikson was the first member of the U.S. Army Reserve to graduate from the U.S. Air Force Junior Officer Leadership Development School. Glenn Erikson is an active member of his community. Formerly, Glenn Erikson served on the Board of Directors for Achieve Tampa Bay, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Beyond volunteering, Glenn Erikson takes pleasure in physical activities, such as playing tennis, skiing, and running. Glenn Erikson is also an avid reader, citing the works of William Shakespeare and Leo Tolstoy among his favorites. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Glenn Erikson earned his B.A. in Political Science, earning Summa Cum Laude honors at graduation.
