In addition to a distinguished career in commercial law, Glenn Duker boasts significant experience in the real estate industry. Glenn Duker founded and operated a real estate development company in 2003, which was based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Glenn Duker managed all aspects of his property development business. Glenn Duker sourced construction sites, conducted due diligence, purchased land, contracted architects, and worked with councils and others. The properties developed by Glenn Duker’s company included luxury homes and small family subdivisions in the Brisbane area. In one instance, Glenn Duker acquired a 24-building apartment development, overhauling the project in its entirety. In addition to this business, Glenn Duker founded Settle It Legal in 2006. Settle It Legal represented a variety of clients ranging from property developers to conveyancing clients. Over Glenn Duker’s three-year tenure with the firm, he acted on behalf of many clients. In late 2008, Glenn Duker relocated to Melbourne, where he began working as a property and commercial lawyer. Glenn Duker is a graduate of the University of Melbourne.
