Gilmore's goal is to develop methods that restructure fiscal outlooks so that both parties become stronger. Entering the workforce soon after college, Ash Gilmore was promoted to a new position within six months at the branch. The Senior Credit Manager position is obtained through recommendations and required minimums, both of which Gilmore met and exceeded. His production results and managerial skills helped drive his success, and within a short period, Gilmore doubled the volume needed for a quarter-year and was offered a leadership post.<br/><br/>However, accomplishments are nothing new to Ash Gilmore. An experienced athlete, Gilmore has received positive press about his track and field, cross-country, and wrestling efforts.
