We are in the business of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. We provide you with highly skilled candidates with great personality traits and reference checks done. Our recruiters do Boolean searches on job boards like Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs and Career Builder and shortlist resumes by matching their skill sets with those in the requirements. We do not charge you anything extra for these logins. We are headed by two technical Professionals who have done their Masters in Computer Science from New York and they have worked for various IT companies in the US. We are currently serving clients from various industry verticals like IT, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmacy and Engineering. We are currently serving around 25 staffing companies across the US and working with companies like Raytheon / Northrop Grumman / Motorola etc

Now just $6.15 per hour, US Recruiters are able to outsource their time consuming and labor intensive resourcing functions and activities without compromising on the quality of resumes that they have been sending to their end clients.

You can expect the following resources and services for each contract:

· A delegated recruiter on our payroll who exclusively works only on your reqs. All our recruiters are experienced with 2 years overall recruitment experience.

· These recruiters work in your local time zone. They start work when you start work and they end their day of work when your's ends.

· We use our own logins for Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs and Career Builder so you save money on that end as well.

· We take care of the Computers and internet facility for your delegated recruiter.

· Our recruiter would have a phone # of your local area code so that you can reach your recruiter any time of the day on a local phone call. This same phone is also used to call potential candidates, who see the call coming in from local area code on their caller id.

· All the managerial, technical and infrastructural support that your delegated recruiter may require.

We offer the following 2 types of services:

· Sourcing only: This service offers candidate sourcing for a flat rate $ 1300 per month .

· Sourcing, calling and scheduling interviews: This service offers candidate sourcing, phone screening and scheduling interviews with your senior recruiter for as low as $ 1900 per month .
