A Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Joe Ciminera developed his unique approach to cooking in the kitchens of some of worlds top restaurants. Formerly employed at Le Cirque, Les Celebrites, Le Petite Bijou, and Carmines, Chef Ciminera received his formal training in cooking under the direction of many famous chefs, including Daniel Boulud, Christian Doulevere, Pierre Manor, Mike Depirito, Jean Louis Pallidan, and Master Chef Vincenzo Provino. For his exceptional cooking prowess, Chef Joe Ciminera has received numerous awards, including the European American Culinary Councils Gross Bonnet award. Chef Ciminera was the youngest recipient of the Gross Bonnet in the history of the award. Before hosting Taste This T.V.!, Chef Joe Ciminera developed a strong fan following as the host of Joseph Plays with Food and Eat at Joes.
