Neel Software Pvt Ltd (NEEL) is a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) located in the Software Technology Park in Pune, India. Our Alliance Partner, Creative Software Solutions (CSS), is a Software Consulting and Solutions Company with offices in Alpharetta GA. CSS/NEEL was founded in August 2000 by two process engineers, who worked in GE Drive Systems (now called Toshiba Mitsubishi GE Automation Inc or TMGEI) for 15+ years. Both have extensive experience in developing mathematical models for critical process parameters in the metals manufacturing industry. NEEL Software is headed by a Software Engineer with extensive experience in Automotive CAD/CAM/CAE, IT consulting and SEI-CMM Level 5 Quality Systems.

Through their combined experience, the founders bring several years of expertise in Process Automation, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), E-Business Enablement, Enterprise Application Integration, Offshore Development Methodology and Software Quality Assurance.
